On Y revient toujours, malgré tout ce qu'on tente de faire pour L'oublier, L'effacer et Le cacher. Notre rattachement à Lui est tel que même Epicure se cassait les dents sur Lui. Au final, il L'aura simplement enterrer, sans savoir qu'Il arrive à creuser et vivre sous terre, comme une taupe.
Voir simplement le présent venir... Quelle idée ! Qui peut se vanter d'avoir vécu une minute dans le présent, entièrement dans le présent ? On peut le croire, mais ça s'arrête juste là. Même dans le meilleur des moments, inconsciemment, nous dérivons vers un souvenir, ou un projet futur... Et sans les acquis passés, systématiquement en alerte, le présent n'est rien.
Le Futur, sceau divin de notre parcours. Lui seul peut encore avouer qu'Il nous préoccupe. Et pour ceux qui s'en foutent, ils L'attendent tout de même avec impatience...
Suis-je un triste être qui s'inquiète toujours pour la suite ? Que ce soit gosse, où la mort m'angoissait, début d'adolescence, où la société active m'effrayait, ou encore maintenant, où les différentes formations professionnelles me tourmentent, toujours l'Avenir se faisait sentir, avec un goût de lourdeur paralysant mon esprit.
Mais je ne suis pas le seul. Nous sommes nombreux, nous sommes une majorité d'inquiets, et nous sommes les Rois du monde.
