L'histoire se passe dans un palace

Entre un cactus nain et deux acacias

Je tenais un verre remplit de glace

Et d'un bourbon loin d'être dégueulasse.

 

Jusqu'à présent c'était des tours de passe-

Passe pour simuler un carré d'as

Ma fortune était de plus en plus basse

Face à des adversaires pleins d'audace.

 

Les cartes tombent, ça passe ou ça casse

Et ça casse : un full par les as, sensass

Faut dire, le suspense était tenace

J'avais en main deux valets bien fadasses.

 

Enfin bon, le désespoir me harasse

Alors je me lève et je me déplace

Pour rassasier ma soif dans une tasse
